We’re looking for a Customer Success Specialist who treats every customer conversation as signal—not noise.
This role sits at the intersection of customers, sales, and product.

We want someone who:
- Listens like a detective, not a chatbot
- Explains things simply without talking down
- Thinks in systems, not one-off fixes
- Notices patterns before dashboards do
- Can translate human frustration into actionable product insight
Translation: You help customers win—and make mavic smarter because of it.
Your Mission
You will:
- Handle customer inquiries across all channels
In-app, email, chat, WhatsApp, socials—real humans, real questions - Run customer demos alongside sales
Helping prospects understand how mavic fits their workflow, not just what buttons to click - Build and maintain customer FAQs, help docs, and quick-start guides
So customers can help themselves without feeling abandoned - Own post-signup customer experience
Onboarding, follow-ups, check-ins, renewals—making sure customers actually succeed with mavic - Be the voice of the customer internally
You’ll surface feedback, pain points, and feature requests into product discussions and planning - Work closely with sales, product, and marketing
Making sure customer reality is represented in what we build and how we sell
Qualifications
Must-Haves:
- Experience in customer success, customer support, account management, or client-facing roles (SaaS preferred)
- Strong written and spoken English—you explain clearly, calmly, and confidently
- Comfort working across tools: CRM, support portals, docs, spreadsheets, Slack
- Ability to manage multiple conversations without dropping the ball
- High empathy paired with high standards—you care, but you don’t coddle
- Confidence speaking to customers on demos or calls
- Ability to synthesize feedback and communicate it clearly to internal teams
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience working with startups or early-stage SaaS
- Exposure to marketing tools, social media platforms, or creator workflows
- Experience working with global customers across time zones
- A knack for turning repeated questions into better documentation or product ideas

- Customers feel heard, supported, and unstuck
After 60 Days
- You actively contribute insights to product discussions
- FAQs and docs are clearer because of you
- Sales trusts you to support demos and customer conversations
After 90 Days
- Customers renew because they’re successful—not because they’re chased
- Product decisions reflect real customer feedback
- You’ve become the internal “customer compass”

📍 Work mode: Bengaluru Hybrid (with periodical in-person meet ups in South East Asia)
🗓️ Schedule: Full-time
💰 Compensation: Yes, let’s talk
🏢 Contract: “External consultant” for outside singapore, “employment” for Singapore residents
🕤Timings: Singapore timezone 土 2 hours (GMT+0800)
